Classes
Group Classes
Group classes are held at my home studio and are in groups of up to 4 in person or on zoom.
We utilise the wall springs set up that I have and various small props.
They are unique to each group of people I work with and incorporate all my influences and training. You will leave both mobilised, strengthened and relaxed.
I also offer specific restorative classes with some joint mobilising and release work alongside deep rest.
The studio is equipped with:
Balanced Body Reformer/Cadillac, Chair, bespoke wall Springs, Various small props such as Bosu, ARC, Rollers, spiky balls, soft balls, and weights, bands and Yoga bolsters and blocks.
It has under-floor heating and a HEPA filter.
24 hours notice needs to be given for cancellations or the session cost is charged.
Private Classes
Private classes are perfect if you are new to Pilates or are looking for a specific approach for your body and a bespoke training practice.
Or you may have injuries that effect your ability to go to a group session.
I have my well equipped home studio here in Stoke Newington or I can travel to you at a small extra cost.

Private Class
These can be taken one to one, in the studio, in your home or live on zoom.
Zoom Group Class
These can be joined live. You can also have 7 days access on a recording if time does not suit
please note class for Body Control Pilates is live attendance only no recording
Restorative Class
These will take place at different times in the year
Classes are focused on rest , breath and release and gentle moves to help realign and restore.

Senior Pilates class , for the older client focused on strength and myofacial release work, with a
5pm studio live class
A gentle more restorative session at the studio all levels
Wednesday
6.30pm zoom online
Healthy Backs and Bones class taught for Body Control Pilates and booked direct with them
Thursday
11am studio class
a stronger practice that is still thoughtful to individual needs
Friday
9am studio class
focused on strength and myofacial release
