Group Classes

Group classes are held at my home studio and are in groups of up to 5 in person or on zoom.

We utilise the wall spring set up that I have and various small props.

They are unique to each group of people I work with and incorporate all my influences and training. You will leave both mobilised, strengthened and relaxed.

I also offer specific restorative classes with some joint mobilising and release work alongside deep rest.

During the pandemic group classes are restricted to 2 people max and by appointment only.

The studio is equipped with:

Balanced Body Reformer/Cadillac, Chair, a cross trainer, bespoke wall Springs, Various small props such as Bosu, ARC, Rollers, spiky balls, soft balls, and weights, bands and Yoga bolsters and blocks.
It has under-floor heating and a HEPA filter.

24 hours notice needs to be given for cancellations or the session cost is charged.

Private Classes

Private classes are perfect if you are new to Pilates or are looking for a specific approach for your body and a bespoke training practice.

Or you may have injuries that effect your ability to go to a group session.

I have my well equipped home studio here in Stoke Newington or I can travel to you at a small extra cost.

During the Pandemic I may not be able offer this service but I can do zoom sessions.

48 hours notice needs to be given for cancellations or the session cost is charged.

Private Class

These can be taken one to one, in the studio, in your home or in your office. Whatever is most convenient for you.

Remote Zoom Class

These can be joined live several times a week. You can also purchase a membership package where you can watch pre recorded classes in your own time.

Restorative Class

These will take place at weekends when you are given an opportunity to totally restore your body under the guidance of Chloe

Bone Health Class

Bone health is an issue for everyone past 40. This class is suitable for pre screened clients who have bone health issues i.e. osteopenia and osteoporosis.

These classes deliver safe and effective sequences adapted for your body.

5pm studio live class

a small group session

SATURDAY POP UPS !

Once per month or so we will have a short zoom or live class bases around different aspects of the body

these will include

Feet and hands

hips and knees

shoulders head and neck

low back pain

balance

improve gait, walking and running

Active ageing

 

Wednesday

8pm Zoom Pilates

mixed level gentle class

designed to make you feel good at the end of the day

to both unwind ,strengthen and tone the whole body

Restorative 5 min relax at the end of class

Thursday

7.30 am

a small live studio class

designed around the Pilates Reformer , chair and wall springs etc

11am

a small live studio class

designed around the pilates reformer, chair and wall springs

18.00 pm

Healthy Bones Class.
A class held by Body Control Pilates studio in the west end.

9.00 am

a small studio live session designed around he Pilates Reformer, chair and wall springs etc

10.15 am Healthy and strong Bones class

a live group of 3 or 4 using small weights and resistance designed to get your bones and joints strong, with a sprinkle of balance work suitable for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis and anyone who needs to improve their bone density.
